Our apparel is produced after you order. Production happens before shipping, so your delivery time includes both stages.

Shipping costs and delivery

Review the shipping options, charges, and any delivery estimates shown at checkout for your destination. Timing varies by item and location. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Before you order

Check your garment size, color, and shipping address carefully. Contact us promptly if something needs correcting; changes are not always possible once production begins.

Use the Contact page and include your order number and a short description of your question. If an item arrives damaged or has a printing issue, include clear photos so we can investigate.

Returns and refunds

Our items are made to order. Except where applicable law provides otherwise, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or a size or color you selected incorrectly. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled under our Refund Policy, linked in the footer. Please review that policy before ordering.
