Returns & Refund Policy
Each Colorado Activewear piece is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.
Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a replacement:
• The item must be unused and unwashed
• You must provide proof of purchase
• You must submit photo documentation of the issue
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement cannot be fulfilled. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
• Size-related issues
• Color preference
• Buyer’s remorse
• Sale items
• Gift cards
Because each item is produced individually, we are unable to restock returned merchandise.
